- Execution of Golf Club Trade-In Services

Next Round; the nation’s fastest growing e-commerce pre-owned golf equipment seller, is looking for an energetic team player who has a strong attention to detail and is task/goal oriented. This is a junior position in our listing and photography department working daily on a variety of tasks to include intake and sorting of product, cleaning, researching, photographing, and creating product listings. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the tasks outlined below and possess (or be willing to learn) the essential skills.
Tasks:
- Intake and sorting of newly arrived product
- Cleaning and regripping clubs as needed
- Staging product, photographing, and post editing of product photography
- Research of product details and creation of products listings
- Inventory new products
- Assist with Trade-in Events as needed (Some travel required)
- Meet/Exceed Weekly Goals

This position will work daily with multiple departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Next Round seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your golf industry expertise to build lasting relationships, drive account growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a persuasive communicator, and has a natural ability to build trust and rapport. You'll be the primary contact for golf country clubs, managing everything from event execution to post-event follow-ups while driving new business opportunities. Note: Golf-related experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Event Execution:
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Schedule and oversee trade-in events for country clubs, including renewals and event execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing playbooks and provide post-event reporting.
- Support clubs in preparing communications (emails, posters, social media) to drive event participation.
- Provide weekly updates to clients on event outcomes and offer support for continuous improvement.
Relationship-Driven Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new leads through referrals, PGA section networking, and proactive outreach.
- Expand non-event revenue by introducing programs like NR365 and end-of-season closeouts.
- Promote Next Round’s year-round offerings to adapt to club needs.
- Attend industry events to strengthen existing relationships and create new opportunities.
Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration:
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to enhance services.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to special projects and the development of marketing materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience in the golf industry is a must, as well as a deep understanding of golf operations and culture.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
