Specific job requirements:
- Close $50,000 of monthly business from new leads and existing customers
- Develop at least 5 clients who routinely purchase $5,000 worth of golf clubs per month
Daily Responsibilities
- Execution of golf club trade in events (80% of time)
- Coordinate on-site event logistics (travel, materials, contacts, etc.)
- Create optimal on-site merchandising (location, set up, etc.)
- Provide “white glove” service to pro staff and club members
- Implement on-site marketing to maximize member turnout
- Provide accurate quotes and trades to club members
- Gather on-site sales leads, opportunities, and in market intelligence
- Execute on-site payments, surveys, referrals, and product pick-ups
- Prepare event recap reports (logistics, marketing, sales)
- Account Management (20% of time)
- Coordinate pre-event logistics and marketing
- Increase event sign ups and turnout through execution of Marketing playbook
- Ongoing account management and execution of ancillary services
- Build lasting relationships with golf pro and marketing staff at accounts
- Interface with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure successful execution of trade-in events
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of golf
- Familiar and comfortable in private Country Club environments
- Outgoing and gregarious, not afraid to strike up a conversation
- Proven ability to multitask and highly organized
- Proven marketing skills with experience executing in-person events
- Ability to travel extensively, including extended stays in remote markets for a total of at least 40 event weekends per year (some local, some long drives, and some fly trips)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Trade-in Event Marketing Playbook Execution
- Facilitate hand-off call with Business Development Rep for booked event
- Review & send out custom marketing materials to correct accounts according to timeline
- Execute marketing call with club to review event marketing playbook
- Assist club in getting initial electronic communication to members and to post physical marketing materials.
- Provide weekly updated event performance to club
- Intervene with clubs that are off track
- Work with Event Specialist on pre-event day preparation
- Send out all post event wrap up report
- Build Club Relationships to Increase Non-Event Revenue with Assigned Clubs
- Promote and Facilitate NR365 Program and other program developed by company
- Check in with accounts as necessary based on performance and/ or timeline
- Attend PGA section other club related events

- Be the voice of the customer within the organization

This is a junior position in our listing and photography department working daily on a variety of tasks to include intake and sorting of product, cleaning, researching, photographing, and creating product listings. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the tasks outlined below and possess (or be willing to learn) the essential skills.

Next Round is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Vice President and General Manager of Golf Services to lead and grow our trade-in programs for on-course and off-course retailers. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our trade-in events, mail-in trades, and end-of-season inventory liquidation services. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record in managing high-performance teams and P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade-in services across various channels.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create comprehensive rollout plans for strategic accounts, including purchase volume projections and service enhancements.
- Guide merchandising effort to expand our catalog, balancing ROI and sales velocity by channel.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account managers, business development managers, and trade-in specialists.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing guidance and support.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Education and Sales Enablement:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with P&L management.
