How does the trade-in process work?

It's simple: search for your clubs using our Trade-In Portal, get an instant store credit quote, and ship your clubs to us. Once we receive and inspect them, you'll get store credit added to your account.

What kind of clubs do you accept?

We accept most name-brand drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, wedges, putters, and shafts—as long as they're listed in our Trade-In Portal. If an item isn’t listed, we unfortunately don’t accept it. All gear must be in playable condition.

How is my trade-in value determined?

We use real-time market data to calculate your offer, factoring in brand, model, condition, and demand. Our values are competitive with industry leaders, and your quote is locked in once submitted.

How do I determine the condition?

Please reference our Condition Scale to choose the most accurate category. When in doubt, pick the condition that reflects how you'd feel receiving the club as a buyer.

Do I get paid in cash or store credit?

All trade-in payments are issued as store credit, which you can use on any product at Next Round Golf.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on trade-ins valued over $100. For trade-ins under $100, a shipping label is still provided, but a small fee may be deducted from your credit.

How do I ship my clubs?

Once you complete your trade-in, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions. Use your own box or reuse one from a recent club order.

How long does it take to get my store credit?

Most customers receive store credit within 3–5 business days of us receiving the clubs. We'll notify you by email with your credit!

What happens if my clubs don’t meet the expected condition?

We don’t nitpick. But if the condition is significantly worse than described — like heavy damage, missing parts, or non-functional — we’ll automatically adjust the quote and issue store credit based on the corrected value.

Can I cancel or change my trade-in after submitting?

Once you ship your clubs, the trade-in is final. If you haven’t shipped yet, you can cancel by contacting our customer support team.
