Return Policy:

To ensure you’re happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items that are past 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund, however may be sent back for store credit. 

To Start a Return:

• You can request a return by visiting this link.
• If you are still having issues, please send an email to support@nextround.com with your original order number (found on your order confirmation email received after purchase), a your reason for return, and if you would like Next Round to provide a return label (return label is provided at the same cost as your original shipping, and will be deducted from your refund) 

A team member will be in touch shortly with a return confirmation number, and instructions on the return process. 

Please Note: with the exception of damage/ error on the part of Next Round, original shipping cost is NOT included in the refund.

To receive the maximum refund, returns must be in the same condition they were received in. 

Returns will be processed within 3 days of delivery to us, however your Bank/ CC Company may require 5-10 business days to process your refund.
